http://thetraits.org/scoring_examples.php --Teachers can find numerous writing samples from all grades. Each sample includes scores for each trait and rationale outlining the strengths and weaknesses of the piece.

And each set gives you a couple in the middle and a low sample all to the same writing prompt. NOTE: Conventions within all the included writing samples have been “fixed.”
