Embed technology-enhanced items with Edulastic
February 20, 2017
Students need experience with technology-enhanced assessment items. These unique question formats (e.g., drag-and-drop questions, multi-select answers, digital graphing, etc.) require practice. Without such practice, students may know the answer but aren’t sure how to demonstrate it with digital tools. Edulastic is a free resource that can help you embed such experiences into your everyday classroom.
Teachers can either choose from a bank of 41,000 technology-enhanced questions or generate their own using the over 30 interactive multimedia question types within the site. For an overview of Edulastic, click here.
Whether using Edulastic for a formative or summative assessment, the site allows teachers to retrieve and analyze data quickly. Teachers can view correct/incorrect answers while their students work on an assessment and even see how long students spend on each question. Within the student and class profile reports, teachers can also view standards mastery and track progress over time.
Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced user, you can learn more from the Edulastic Training Hub.
