Explain writing topics with the Bright Ideas Light Bulb

When teaching the trait of ideas, it makes sense that your first lessons will be centered on choosing writing topics, as all the other traits are dependent on the topic.

Hold the Smekens original light bulb over your head when teaching students about topic ideas and describe the light bulb that pops over the head of an animated character/cartoon when he has an idea. Compare this to how writers also have ideas (or topics) to write about.
